Fia Fia Night

For a few weeks in term one our whole school practiced and practiced for our special Fia Fia Night.  Everyone in the school joined a different group to either sing, dance, or play.  We put a lot of effort into doing the best we could, and on our last night of term we performed our items to our whanau and friends. 

The weather was not kind to us, but we still got up on stage and performed.  We were really proud of what we achieved.

Miss Hockly taught a small group of children to play the ukulele.  On the night only half of them turned up (probably because it was so wet), but these are the 7 students who came.

It was a very fun evening, in spite of the rain.  We’ll do it all again in two years time.  YAY!!
